How do I place my exchanges/returns?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your purchase. Please reach out to hello@janehemingway.com with your order number and which item you’d like to return or exchange. We will take care of everything.

What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of the purchase. To return, please use our pre-paid return label to send us the item in its original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item and your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What’s your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Can you refund a sale item?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I return a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, a refund can be sent to the gift giver.

Who do you ship your orders with?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Are there duties for Canadian orders?
No, all of our Canadian orders ship from our Canadian location and as a result there are no additional duties. Canadian orders are subject to HST and GST.

Are there duties for American orders?
No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping and taxes. If you order outside of North America you might have additional duties and taxes.

When will my order ship?
All of our orders ship the next business day!

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as an order is made and payment is accepted, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product or if your order is missing an item, we are sorry about that! Please contact: hello@janehemingway.com and we will be sure to get you the item that you ordered.

What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact: hello@janehemingway.com and we will resolve the issue right away. We will happily replace any damaged product.
