When will my Jane Hemingway order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. When your order ships you will receive e an email with your tracking # and confirmation.

How do I track the status of my order?

Can my Jane Hemingway jewelry get wet?
As tempting as it is to swim with your bracelet, we suggest that you don't get them wet as it can damage the crystals, stones, and leather. Store in a cool and dry place.

What is your return policy?

Who do you ship your orders with?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Are there duties for Canadian orders?
No, all of our Canadian orders ship from our Canadian location and as a result there are no additional duties. Canadian orders are subject to HST and GST.

Are there duties for American orders?
No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping and taxes. If you order outside of North America you might have additional duties and taxes.
